Biography

Racing Driver, Founder & Head Coach of KC Coaching
I am a Motorsport UK licensed karting coach, racing driver and Founder & Head Coach of KC Coaching, a driver development programme supporting karters across indoor karting, outdoor karting, race weekends and long-term progression pathways.
With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a background in competitive karting, and almost a decade of coaching and operational experience at TeamSport Trafford Park, I bring both technical understanding and practical coaching experience to driver development.
Through KC Coaching, I work with beginners through to competitive junior, cadet and senior drivers, supporting them with racecraft, consistency, throttle modulation, braking technique, confidence, mindset, video review and race weekend preparation. My focus is on developing the person behind the driver, not just improving lap times.
I also support drivers and families with the transition from indoor karting into outdoor karting, arrive-and-drive championships, Rotax testing, owner-driver karting and wider Motorsport UK pathways. KC Coaching has supported drivers at major events including the inaugural Rotax Racing Club International Finals, where I attended as a coach for the Individual Finals and also competed as a driver in the Team Finals.
