Removal of ASN Licences when disqualified from holding or obtaining a Road Traffic Act driving licence

Where an individual is disqualified from holding a road driving licence, this may result in the automatic withdrawal or suspension of relevant Motorsport UK licences, restrictions on roles involving driving, and a requirement to notify Motorsport UK.

These provisions apply across a range of roles, including competitors, officials, and instructors, and are designed to support the safe and compliant delivery of Permitted Events.
