These guidance documents have been created to support Team Managers and Team Personnel to meet their responsibilities for Safeguarding.

Teams have a responsibility to support and protect their young people from harm. These guidance documents can be used by Teams to ensure that they are implementing appropriate Safeguarding measures.

Safeguarding ensures that all Team members can do what they love in a safe and supported environment, free from the risk of abuse, neglect or harm. Motorsport UK takes the issue of Safeguarding very seriously and wants to support Teams in ensuring they take the correct steps to provide a safe motorsport environment.
