Registration is now open for the 2027 Motorsport UK Clerks of the Course, Stewards and Scrutineers seminars, taking place at locations across the UK and Channel Islands in January and February.
Free to attend, these annual seminars provide an opportunity for Motorsport UK officials to prepare for the upcoming season, with sessions available across a range of disciplines.
2027 Seminar Dates and Locations
- Cobham – 9th January (Speed & Race)
- Chester – 16th January (Rally & Race)
- York – 17th January (Rally, Speed & Race)
- East Midlands – 23rd January (Rally, Kart, Speed & Race)
- Bristol – 24th January (Rally, Kart, Speed & Race)
- Northern Ireland – 6th February (Rally, Speed & Race)
- Scotland – 13th February (Rally, Kart, Speed & Race)
- Guernsey – 20th February (Disciplines to be confirmed)
Before registering, officials are encouraged to check which disciplines are available at their preferred location to ensure they select the most suitable seminar.
Please note that some discipline-specific sessions are provisional and subject to demand. Should a session not receive sufficient registrations, attendees will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements.
Officials holding multiple licences should select their preferred seminar when completing their registration.
