FIA Eco Rally Scotland Returns to Dundee for 2026
The FIA Eco Rally Scotland will return to Dundee on 1–2 August 2026, as the city once again welcomes competitors from across Europe for Scotland’s international celebration of electric mobility and sustainable motorsport.
Following a successful inaugural event in 2025, Eco Rally Scotland will continue as a round of the FIA Eco Rally Cup, bringing together precision driving, energy efficiency and innovation in one of the UK’s most forward-looking cities.
Based in Dundee, the 2026 event will showcase the very latest in electric vehicle technology while promoting accessible, environmentally conscious motorsport and sustainable mobility.
Competitors will tackle a carefully designed route across Scotland, combining regularity, navigation and energy efficiency challenges, with results determined not by outright speed, but by precision and efficient vehicle use.
Alongside the competitive element, plans are underway for an expanded programme of public engagement activities across the weekend, helping connect local communities, manufacturers, partners and motorsport fans with the future of mobility.
Motorsport UK is working with local stakeholders, commercial partners and organising clubs to continue building Eco Rally Scotland as a distinctive international event for Scotland and the wider UK motorsport community.
The 2026 event will once again be organised in partnership with the Scottish Association of Motor Sports Clubs and delivered with the support of experienced Scottish motorsport volunteers and officials.
