Existing members will receive an invitation to register their account on the platform.
New Members will need to visit the new platform and register. This will be linked from the main Motorsport UK website – www.motorsportuk.org.
Getting started is easy – We’ll only need some basic information from you to personalise your experience. A full video tutorial is available here.
The new platform permits you to conveniently manage your account online. You can view your current licence/s, renew your membership, upgrade or downgrade as needed, upload any required documents, and keep your profile information up-to-date.
We are aware a large number of members have up until now completed paper applications renew their licence(s). Whilst this will still be possible by implementing the new platform we will be encouraging a ‘digital first’ approach as many of the processes that could not be completed online previously have now been made available e.g. uploading your medical data for approval.
Upon logging into the platform you can access a dedicated knowledge base, providing help and support for users.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance getting started. You’ll find all our contact information conveniently located here: https://www.motorsportuk.org/contact-us/
You will still receive a physical version of your licence upon renewal, and it will also be readily available for you to access digitally via the platform.
All users will have a single user account which can have access to multiple profiles. These profiles may be, your individual profile holding your various licences, a club profile holding a role at your club, your membership of a regional association or even parent/guardian status over another user. Users have the ability to toggle between these profiles once logged in depending on what task they need to complete within the platform. A full video tutorial about roles is available here.
All online learning records are not visible via the platform but can be found via the Learning Hub. Any completed qualifications will also be migrated over to the Learning Hub and will be visible from there.
Within your member profile you have the ability to upload evidence to support grade maintenance and upgrade applications. To make things as easy as possible, the platform supports a wide range of popular file types, including PDFs, JPEGs, JPGs, and PNGs. Plus, you can upload files up to 20MB in size.
