The 2023 Motorsport UK Yearbook, commonly referred to as the Blue Book, is now published in the Motorsport UK Resource Centre.

Published annually by Motorsport UK, the Blue Book includes all the basic rules governing participation in motorsport events in the UK.

The 2023 digital edition includes all updates approved throughout the last 12-months and an amended Rally section which supersedes the version in the printed publication.
