Motorsport UK has confirmed the latest changes to the National Competition Rules (NCR), following approval by the Motorsport UK Board.

The latest updates cover a range of disciplines and areas of the sport, including Circuit Racing, Rallycross, Rally, Cross Country, Autotest and Autosolo, alongside changes affecting competitor licensing, medical requirements, officials and event procedures.

Among the changes for 2027 are updated requirements for Race marshals, changes to Safety Car and race stoppage procedures, new opportunities for younger competitors in Cross Country, and updated eligibility across Autotest and Autosolo.

Competitors, organisers, officials, volunteers and clubs are encouraged to review the latest changes and familiarise themselves with any updates relevant to their discipline or role.
