Our club committee members have changed, how can I change them in Sport:80?

Club committee members can be amended within your club Sport:80 profile. You can find a guide on how to add and remove Club officials here.

Does my club need to have a 2027 licensed Club Safeguarding Officer to renew?

If your Club organises Permitted Events (Car Club, Kart Club, or Car & Kart Club), you’ll need to have a licensed Club Safeguarding Officer for 2027.

Marshal Clubs and Club No Permits can renew without one.

Our club policies have changed. How can I update them?

You can update your policies directly from your club profile. Select ‘Club Documents’, followed by ‘Add Club Document’, and upload your updated document.

Once uploaded, it will show as ‘Pending’ while a member of our team reviews and approves it.

How do I know if my club renewal is complete?

Once you’ve completed your renewal and paid the affiliation fee, your Club Affiliation status will show as ‘Pending’ while our team reviews it.

Once approved, the status will change to ‘Pre-Paid’ until 1st January 2027 at which point it will change to ‘Current’.
