Motorsport UK are delighted to announce that racing driver Nathalie McGloin has been nominated for the 2020 The Sunday Times Sportswomen of the Year Awards. McGloin, who is the president of the FIA Disability and Accessibility Commission and co-founder of charity Spinal Track, has made it into the Disability Sportswoman of the Year Award shortlist.

Nathalie will be representing motorsport, and will go up against fellow sportswomen from athletics, cycling and swimming for one of the most prestigious accolades in the British sporting calendar. Now in its 33rd year, the awards celebrate the exceptional contribution to sport made by elite athletes, coaches, administrators, community volunteers and inspirational figures.

The Disability Sportswoman of the Year honour is awarded by a panel of expert judges, including Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill DBE, Rebecca Adlington OBE, Dame Kelly Holmes, and Tanni Grey-Thompson DBE.

The sport will be further represented, as fellow racing driver Emily Linscott is in contention for the Young Inspiration Award.
