The Training Working Group was established to provide support to all Motorsport UK Trainers, existing and future, as requested by Motorsport UK. To support the commissioning, creation and validation of all Motorsport UK marshals’ & officials’ training programmes. To report to, and take requests from, the Education and Training Team in order to ensure links with other Committees and Working Groups are retained. To verify all relevant new training modules. To monitor the suitability, validity, appropriateness and availability of existing training courses and report findings/comments to Motorsport UK. To provide support and guidance to all other Working Groups and modular training programme lead officials as needs are identified for all disciplines and pathways. To coordinate and promote best practice amongst other groups. To work with clubs, events and regions to identify training needs and deliver training solutions. To respond as required to externally identified training needs.
