Nicole Bearne

Nicole Bearne is an internal communications expert with over 25 years of experience in Formula 1, winning nine World Constructors’ Championships. She began her F1 journey in the late 1990s as a founding member of British American Racing, working alongside Craig Pollock and Adrian Reynard to establish the team. Over her career, Nicole has held key roles in operations and communications, including as EA to Ross Brawn from 2007 to 2013 and Head of Internal Communications at Mercedes-AMG Petronas from 2014 to 2023.

In 2023, she founded The Comms Exchange, a consultancy focused on enhancing employee experience and internal communication. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Organisational Behaviour, a CIPR Diploma in Internal Communication and is a member of multiple professional bodies.
