Your failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement as amended from time to time may result in termination of your access to the service or to its exercise by Motorsport UK of other contractual remedies against you.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE BY YOU

2.1. All material on this website belongs to Motorsport UK. You may retrieve and display content from this website on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your own (personal) non-commercial use.

From time to time Motorsport UK may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These are subject to additional terms that may be made available at the time.

9.4. Motorsport UK’s liability will not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by Motorsport UK’s negligence.

Motorsport UK may terminate your ability to access the website, for any reason, without notice.

11. PRIVACY POLICY

Any information about yourself that you provide to Motorsport UK will only be used by Motorsport UK in accordance with its privacy policy. The Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites. See below.

12. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

You agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and construed for all purposes in accordance with English law. You will also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim or matter arising out of this Agreement. For the exclusive benefit of Motorsport UK, Motorsport UK shall retain the right to bring proceedings relating to the substance of the matter in the courts of the country of your residence.

13. GENERAL

13.1. This Agreement is the complete and entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of the website and supersedes any prior agreement whether written or oral.

13.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

1. GENERAL

Motorsport UK is committed to safeguarding your privacy on-line. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you what personal information Motorsport UK collects about you and the purposes for which it processes this information.
