Safeguarding and Welfare Case Manager
Contract: Full time, permanent role (37.5 hours a week)
Salary Range: £37,500 – £40,000 pa
An opportunity has arisen to join the Motorsport UK team as a Safeguarding and Welfare Case Manager.
Motorsport UK is seeking a Safeguarding and Welfare Case Manager to join the Safeguarding team to enhance its commitment to safeguarding and welfare within the motorsport community. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of participants by investigating safeguarding and welfare reports, working closely with the Legal team to manage risks proportionately. This role will be responsible for conducting and managing investigations, supporting Motorsport UK clubs, maintaining accurate records, and improving reporting processes. They will perform risk assessments, liaise with statutory partners, and chair the Independent Suitability Panel. Core competencies include a professional background in safeguarding, strong customer service and communication skills, and an organized, analytical, and proactive approach.

Coaching and Academy Pathway Coordinator
Contract: Full time, permanent role (37.5 hours a week)
Salary Range: £27,000 – £30,000 pa
An opportunity has arisen to join the Motorsport UK team as a Coaching and Academy Pathway Coordinator.
Motorsport UK is seeking a coaching and Academy Pathway Coordinator to manage the administration and logistics of all coaching programmes, athlete development initiatives, and the Motorsport UK Academy. This role is key to ensuring a high-quality and accessible experience for all coaches and participants, whilst also contributing to the development and delivery of coaching and athlete pathways in motorsport.
In addition to administration and logistical duties, the role will support the implementation of Motorsport UK’s coaching strategy by working as part of the Competitor Development Team, who’s responsibility it is to enhance the learning and development opportunities available in the sport.

Social Media Content Creator: Inclusion Programmes (Freelance)
Motorsport UK is seeking a talented and proactive Social Media Content Creator to create content for the Motorsport UK Inclusion Programmes. This role focuses on promoting inclusion programmes, including Race for Diversity and Girls on Track UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, adhering to Motorsport UK’s tone of voice, and aligning with the organisation’s communications strategy. This role is ideal for a creative freelancer with a passion for ED&I and motorsport, who can generate compelling digital content and foster online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content ideas in line with an existing social media strategy and key awareness days.
- Collate, edit, and publish high-quality, platform-specific content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create visually appealing social media graphics and edit Instagram Reels to enhance engagement.
- Generate insightful articles for LinkedIn, showcasing industry diversity and programme initiatives.
- Share relevant opportunities and updates on community platforms, including Facebook and Discord.
- Stay updated on social media trends and industry news to enhance content relevance and reach.
- Research and engage with the programme’s target audience, fostering meaningful online interactions.
- Capture on-site content at select events (subject to availability and scheduling).
- Collaborate with Motorsport UK’s Marketing and Communications team to align messaging and manage content calendars.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, ideally in sports, diversity initiatives, or community engagement.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital content creation, including graphic design, short-form video editing, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Discord.
- Access to content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining brand consistency.
- Passion for motorsport and an understanding of diversity and inclusion in the industry is a plus.
Terms
- Freelance position requiring approximately 4-5 days per month.
- Initial contract duration: Three months, with the potential for extension.
- Competitive freelance rate based on experience.
- Remote role with occasional event attendance for content capture (subject to availability)
