Motorsport UK Racelogic VBOX Sim Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Motorsport UK is the owner of the Motorsport UK Racelogic VBOX Sim Competition (the ‘Competition’) and has the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. It is a condition of entry to the Competition that these Terms & Conditions are accepted as binding on the entrant.
3. The Competition will be advertised in the Motorsport UK monthly magazine ‘Revolution’ and across selected Motorsport UK social media channels and websites.
4. To enter the Competition entrants must complete the entry form and answer the Competition question correctly which is accessible via a link in Revolution.
5. The closing date for the entry to the Competition is 23:59 on Sunday 30 March 2025. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
6. The prize for the Competition shall be a code to download the Racelogic’s VBOX Sim on the digital distribution platform ‘Steam’ (the ‘Prize’).
7. Five winners shall be picked at random by Motorsport UK from the entrants who have correctly answered the Competition question.
8. The winners shall be selected on or around 31 March 2025. The winners shall be notified by email using the email address provided in the entry form.
9. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and must be current residents of the United Kingdom.
10. A parent or guardian may enter on behalf of their child under the age of 18 subject to these Terms and Conditions.
11. Any recipient of the Prize under the age of 18 must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before using the VBOX SIM.
12. Only one entry per person is permitted.
13. Any expenses incurred by the winner or any other party in relation to the Prize shall not be payable by Motorsport UK.
14. Delivery of the Prize will be effected in a manner at Motorsport UK’s discretion.
15. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours to claim the Prize that winner shall forfeit the Prize and Motorsport UK shall choose a new winner.
16. If the Prize cannot be effected by Motorsport UK for reasons of force majeure Motorsport UK shall use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative prize. In this event
17. Motorsport UK cannot guarantee the alternative prize will be equivalent or similar to the Prize.
18. Employees of Motorsport UK and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with this Competition are not eligible to enter
19. Motorsport UK reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
20. Motorsport UK reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to end and/or cancel the Competition at any time.
21. The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged for any cash amount nor exchanged for any other goods or services nor can the Prize be sold or transferred by the winner to any other person.
22. The entrant confirms permission for Motorsport UK to request and use their personal data as necessary for the limited purposes of this competition including the publication of their name and/or likeness where applicable. The entrant acknowledges that they can withdraw consent for Motorsport UK to process their personal data in line with these Terms and Conditions at any time but that this may affect the entrant’s ability to enter the Competition.
23. The entrant agrees that Motorsport UK (or any third party nominated by Motorsport UK) may in its sole discretion use the entrant’s comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).
24. Motorsport UK may have to share the personal data of any Competition winner and guest with third parties for the sole purpose of issuing the Prize.
25. Motorsport UK have the right to cancel and withdraw the Competition at any time.
26. Any entry that is incomplete or which contains offensive material or is otherwise spoiled shall be discarded and/or rejected as not complying with these Terms and Conditions and shall be void.
27. By entering the Competition and/or accepting the Prize the entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
28. Motorsport UK accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost delayed or not received entries winner notifications or Prizes. Motorsport UK will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise.
29. Motorsport UK will not enter into any correspondence concerning the Prize and or Competition.
30. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
